Ayanda completed his B.Com LLB at the University of the Witwatersrand and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Ayanda heads the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice at SKM Incorporated specialising in Labour and Employment Disputes, advising and reviewing company employment contracts and policies to ensure compliance against new legislation such as the POPI Act and the recent amendments to the Labour Relations and BBBEE Acts, Business Rescue, Restructuring & Insolvency Law. He is further competent to advise on and has a strong interest in mining and environmental law.

Khotso completed his LLB at University of the Free State and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. As a Director in the Corporate and Commercial Department, Khotso advises clients on matters related to Corporate Governance, Commercial Drafting (including drafting and preparation of transactional documents in the Telecommunications, Finance, Energy and Mining Sectors) and General Civil Litigation. He also advises clients on all other areas of general commercial and corporate law.
